Timothy Aston was born in South Wales on February 11, 1980
He gained a Diploma in Newport College of Art and Design Foundation with studies in graphic design, animation and product design before focusing his attention on animation, teaching himself 3D animation in his spare time. Following his Diploma he achieved a degree with honours (BA Hons) after a 3 year course in Computer Animation at Caerleon University (UWCN). Throughout his time at University he undertook courses in digital video editing, photography, multimedia production, interactive media and website design, achieving qualifications in all.
During his time at University he ran a local bar before declining the position of running the entire premises to focus on his multimedia work.
Following University he soon gained employment in a local video production company that specialised in corporate and promotional videos providing 3D animation and graphic design services. Involving himself more in the production process he soon became lead cameraman and lead editor before progressing to the role of Production Manager overseeing the development and production of corporate promotional and health and safety videos. He helped create a new standard in health and safety video with a model that was implemented by several of the country’s largest construction firms and shown to thousands of construction employees before work commencement. He also helped develop training videos that were used throughout various NHS partnerships across numerous subjects from hand hygiene to utensil sterilisation and filmed a number of operational procedures. During the development of these models he not only filmed, edited and produced the video content, but helped present them to a number of different markets. Promotional videos were also a company speciality and videos were produced for a number of product manufacturers across the UK.
In 2006 he formed the limited company Aston Creative which provided both web and multimedia services from his home in South Wales. Producing videos and web-based projects for a number of clients including Microsoft he soon found his passion lay in internet and affiliate marketing and the focus gradually shifted.
In 2010 he changed the direction of Aston Creative to focus solely on affiliate marketing, ended his contract with his current employer, became fully self-employed and launched a number of successful websites generating affiliate sales across a number of niches, gaining the status of ‘Super Affiliate’ in the process. He created and monetised 2 of the UK’s largest angling forums, developed and launched a popular equestrian classifieds website and released a number of successful websites in the highly competitive UK financial industry.
In 2014 he realised a lifelong ambition of becoming a private landlord by purchasing properties across Monmouthshire, renovating them and releasing them on the private rental market.
In 2016 he was appointed the role of a Headmaster in the Affiliate Marketing School where he mentors students to achieve affiliate success, a role partially attributed to his UK car logbook loans website https://www.logbookloans.website which has seen success in the fiercely regulated UK loans market providing lending opportunities to those with poor credit scores. Having been a successful member of the affiliate school himself for over 3 years his continued progress was recognised with this opportunity. Hi students continue to progress in the competitive UK PPC industry.
