1978-1981 – Curry was a member of the National Championship UCLA softball team and was an Academic All-American.

         – She was named USA Basketball’s Player of the Year.

1982 – She received her bachelor’s in history from UCLA.

1984 – Curry played on the U.S. National Team, winning gold medals at the Olympics, the Pan American Games and the World Championships.

1990 – Coached a six-year tenure as an assistant at California.

1994 – The three-time Western Collegiate Athletic Conference MVP was inducted into the UCLA Hall of Fame.

1995 – Received her Master’s in Humanities from CS Dominguez Hills.

1996 – Curry also was an assistant coach in the inaugural season of the American Basketball League.

1997 – She coached a three-year stint as the head coach at CS Fullerton.

         – At the time of her induction, Curry was one of only 10 female players inducted into the Naismith Hall of Fame, when she was enshrined.

1998-1999 – At the international level she was an assistant with the U.S. Pan American team and an assistant with Team United State’s Select Program.

         – Curry was named one of the 15 greatest women’s basketball players of all-time at UCLA.

         – Curry was in the inaugural class of inductees to the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame.

2000-2003 – Curry was appointed to the Naismith Hall of Fame Women’s Screening Committee and reviewed nominees.
