1858 – Dan Takuma was born on the 7th of September in Fukuoka, Japan.
Graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Married to the younger sister of statesman Kaneko Kentaro.
1914-1932 – Served as Director-General of Mitsui, one of the leading Japanese zaibatsu.
1921 – He led the Japanese Businessmen’s Mission.
1932 – On 5th of March, he was assassinated by right-wing nationalist Goro Hishinuma.
