Zeisberger, David
1721- Born in Moravia
-A Moravian Church missionary to the American Indians.
1738 - Educated in Saxony, and was migrated to America in settling in Bethlehem, Pa.
1745 - He began 63 years of missionary service among the Indians.
1772 -He established the Christian Indian village of Schoenbrunn (the first settlement in Ohio), But it was destroyed during the American Revolution.
1782 -culminating in the massacre of Christian Indians by colonial militia at Gnadenhutten, Ohio.
1795 -the Delaware were force to cede their lands in Pennsylvania and Ohio and move west.
1808- Died on the 17th of November
