1954 - Pia Schipani also known Pia Zadora was Born on the 4th of May in Hoboken, New Jersey

1964 - Pia's first film work was in 1964 in Santa Claus Conquers The Martians. She replaced Linda Ross as Bielke, Tevye's youngest daughter, in Broadway production of "Fiddler on the Roof"
1967 - Appeared in the chorus as a student and also understudied a lead for "Henry, Sweet Henry", a musical version of the film, "The World of Henry Orient"
1968 - Replaced Bernadette Peters in the cast of the off-Broadway musical "Dames at Sea"
1981 - First starring role in a film, as Kady in "Butterfly", produced by Meshulam Riklis
1983 - Hit the top 40 on the pop music charts with single, "The Clapping Song", which peaked at #36; also performed song in the feature film, "The Lonely Lady"
1983 - Played leading role of Babette Latouche in the Showtime cable TV comedy special, "Pajama Tops"
1985 - Pia, Riklis, and Kady are involved in a 3-car crash in August in Malibu, CA, which leaves her road manager with multiple injuries. Pia and her family are unhurt.
