1982 - Born on June 21st in St. Mary's Hospital, Paddington, London, England. British prince and heir to the throne of Prince Charles of Wales.
- Christened on August 4th in the Music Room at Buckingham Palace by the Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr. Robert Runcie.
1990 - He went to Wetherby School, then to a boarding school called Ludgrove which is about 25 miles from London.
1991 - He needed surgery and 24 stitches for a depressed fractured skull when he was he accidentally hit over the head with a club by a friend at Ludgrove prep school in Berkshire.
1992 - His parents separated and were divorced.
1995 - He started at Eton College, an all boys school near Windsor, in Berkshire, and close to Windsor Castle, the home of his grandmother.
1997 - William was woken up with the news that his mother had died in a car crash in Paris on August 31st.
1998 - William visited Canada where, for the first time, he was mobbed by hordes of screaming girls.
- He did ten weeks of community work in Chile, returned to England and performed chores as a farm hand, and spent three months in Kenya living with the family of Ian Craig, who manages the 50,000-acre Lewa Wildlife Conservancy.
2000 - Finished at Eton College in June. While there, he lived in Manor House and he was co-captain of his swim team.
2003 - William was involved in an odd "road rage" incident. Driving his Volkswagen Golf at a speed perhaps beyond the limit, and of course tailed by Royal Protection Officers in a separate vehicle, William and his guards breezed past an elderly man driving an SUV.
- Dated Jessica Craig and Kate Middleton.
2004 - Visited Africa and came under public scrutiny for killing a tiny "dik-dik" antelope with a seven foot Masai spear after learning how the natives hunt.
- He was selected for the Scottish Universities water polo team after succeeding trials in Fife, Scotland.
2005 - Attended and graduated with a Master of Arts degree from the University of St. Andrews.
2005 - Became patron to the UK charity Centerpoint, which works with homeless young people.
