1930 - He finished a Pharmacist degree at University of Malta.
1937 - He finished a degree of Doctor of Medicine at University of Malta.
1941 - He served as a Regimental Medical Officer and General Duty Officer with the Royal Malta Artillery
during World War II.
1946 - He obtained a diploma in Ophthalmology at University of Oxford in England.
1957 - He served in the Council of the University of Malta.
1961 - He was nominated to the National Party (a Political Party) Executive Committee.
1962 - He served as a Secretary General of National Party.
1966 - He was first elected to Parliament and served as a Member of Parliament for the Sliema, St Juan's,
Msida and Gzira in Malta.
1972 - On the 24th of June he became Deputy Leader in National Party.
1987 - He served as Minister of Foreign Affairs in Malta.
