1958 - Born on March 10th in Meadville, Pennsylvania. American actress and former model.

1975 - She was Miss Crawford County, and the queen of her high school's spring festival.

1977 - She reportedly worked at a local McDonald's before being hired as a model at age 19.

1980 - By her early 20s she was a high-paid cover girl, and she made her film debut as a blonde in the distance in Woody Allen's "Stardust Memories". Stone's first famous role came ten years later, in Total Recall, as Arnold Schwarzenegger's double agent wife.

1984 - Married Michael Greenburg on August 18th.

1987 - Divorced Michael on January 20th.

1992 - A fleeting glimpse of her vulva in "Basic Instinct" made her a recognizable Hollywood name.

1995 - Her newfound star power put her in position to produce and star in the western "The Quick and the Dead" directed by Sam Raimi and also starring Leonardo DiCaprio, and for her role in Martin Scorsese's crime film "Casino" co-starring Robert DeNiro, she was nominated for an Oscar.

1998 - Married Phil Bronstein, a publisher of San Francisco Chronicle on February 14th.

2005 - She adopted a second son, whom she named Laird Vonne Stone.

         - Adopted a three weeks old baby boy named Quin.

         - She reprized her role as the seductive Catherine Tramell in the sequel "Basic Instinct 2", and had smaller roles in "Bobby" with Demi Moore and "Alpha Dog" with Justin Timberlake.
