1956 - David Sedaris was born on December 26th in Johnson City, New York.
1987 - Attending such schools as Duke University and Kent State University, he finally graduated from the Art Institute of Chicago.
1992-2000 - He wrote the books "Origins of the Underclass", "Barrel Fever", "Holidays on Ice" and "Me Talk Pretty One Day".
- He wrote the autobiography "Naked".
2002 - Co-wrote the play "The Book of Liz" with Amy Sedaris.
2003 - He is currently living part time in Paris and England and does book tours in the United States.
2004 - Released his book "Dress Your Family In Corduroy and Denim".
