1944 - Scott won the Canadian women's championship.
1945 - The North American title.
1947 - She became a Canadian national heroine, and dolls were made in her image, when she won the European and world championships.
1948 - She repeated both triumphs.
1948 - She and Dick Button of the United States scored victories the competition was restricted to European nationals.
- In June, Scott became a professional skater, replacing Sonja Henie as the featured performer in the Hollywood Ice Revues.
