1905 – He was born in Ethiopia, and he’s the last of the Ethiopian Jewish community's traditional spiritual leaders to have the authority that accompanied with a great recognition.

1991 – After the fulfillment of his spiritual mission at the age of 86, he went back to Israel.

1998 - He died at the age of 92 in a town called Qiryat Gat.
