Yandarbiyev, Zelimkhan

1952 - Born on the 12th of September.         

1990 - He founded and lead the Vainakh Democratic Party. 

         - In November, he became a Deputy Chairman on the newly formed All-Nation Congress of the

           Chechen People.

1991 - He served as a Vice-President of Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, Russia.

1996 - He became the acting President of Chechen Republic of Ichkeria.

1997 - On the month of February, he ran in a Presidential election held in Chechnya but he lost.

           - He took part on the signing of the "Peace Treaty"  in Moscow. 
 
2004 - on the 13th of February, he was assassinated when a bomb ripped through his SUV

            (Sport Utility Vehicle) in Quatar Middle East,Western Asia.
