1972 - Keith Matthew Tkachuk, born on the 28th of March in Melrose, Massachusetts. He is an American professional ice hockey player in the National Hockey League.
1990 - He was drafted in the first round (19th overall) in the entry draft by the Winnipeg Jets.
1991 - 1992 - Played collegiate hockey at Boston University, and was a member of the U.S. National Junior team.
1992 - His first game in the NHL was on the 28th of February, against the Calgary Flames, in which he tallied an assist.
1993 - Became the team captain the next season on November, two weeks after recording his first hat trick, against the Philadelphia Flyers.
1995 - 1996 - He dominated the Jets' statistics finishing first in goals (50), assists (48), points (98), power play goals (20), game-winning goals (6), shots (249), and plus/minus (+11).
1996 - The Jets moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where he became a member of the new Phoenix Coyotes.
1996 - 1997 - It was with Phoenix during the season that he has his career-best 52 goals, and made his first appearance in the NHL All-Star Game.
1997 - 1998 - He also led the team in goals, points, power-play goals, game-winning goals, and shots for the season, earning him his second straight All-Star appearance.
1998 - 1999 - He led the team in goals, power-play goals, game-winning goals, shots, and plus/minus, and again went to the All-Star game.
2000 - 2001 - Made an immediate impact on the Blues, scoring six goals and eight points in the final 12 games.
2005 - 2006 - He has experienced several injuries while with the Blues, and was briefly suspended when he reported to training camp overweight and failed his physical.
2007 - He was traded to the Atlanta Thrashers for Glen Metropolit, a 1st round pick.
