1942 - Born on the 7th of March in International Falls, Minnesota, near Fort Frances, Ontario, Canada.


1956 - Started spending summers at Bible camp and was voted Queen.


1962 - Moved to North Carolina, where they began their own ministry.


1965-1972 - Tammy Faye with Jim Bakker, co-eponym and co-host of evangelical show "The Jim and Tammy Show".


1974 - She is the co-founded PTL (Praise the Lord) Television Network.


1974-1987 - She hosted with Jim in evangelical show "The PTL Club".


1993 - Married former Heritage USA contractor and church builder Roe Messner.


1996 - Co-hosted another TV talk show entitled The Jim J. and Tammy Faye Show.


1996 - Co-wrote memoir "Tammy: Telling It My Way".


2005 - Honored by Lancaster, South Carolina with 'Tammy Faye Day'.


2007 - At 4AM of of the 20th of July, Tammy Faye died after an 11-year battle with cancer.
