Pell, John
1610 - Pell was born in Sussex on March 1st. English diplomat and mathematician.
1624 - He entered Trinity College, Cambridge.
1634 - Wrote Astronomical History of Observations of Heavenly Motions and Appearances and Ecliptica prognostica.
1646 - Author of Controversy with Longomontanus concerning the Quadrature of the Circle.
1650 - He wrote An Idea of the Mathematics, I2iflO.
1672 - Wrote A Table of Ten Thousand Square Numbers.
1685 - He died in London on December 10th.
