1912 - Frank Pace, Jr. was born 5th of July in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Attended the Hill School, Pottstown, Pennsylvania.
1933 - Graduated from Princeton University, and in 1936 from Harvard University.
1936 - Pace entered public service as an assistant district attorney in Arkansas.
1938 - He moved to the Arkansas Revenue Department.
1942-1945 - Commissioned into the United States Army as a second lieutenant where he served in the Air Transport Command, Army Air Corps.
1948 - Served in the Bureau of the Budget, first as assistant director and then as director.
1950-1953 - Appointed Secretary of the Army.
1953-1962 - Served as chief executive officer of General Dynamics Corporation.
1968-1972 - Chairman of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
1958 - Appeared on the cover of TIME Magazine.
1988 - Pace died in Greenwich, Connecticut on 8th of January.
