1955 - Born on February 10th in Mount Isa, Queensland, Australia. Australian professional golfer.
1970 - He started getting interested in golf around the age of 15 when he became his mother's caddy for her weekly golf round.
1976 - Norman turned pro at the age of 21, and scored his first professional victory at the Westlakes Classic in Australia.
1977 - He competed in the European Tour and won in the Martini International.
1981 - Married to Laura Andrassy on July 1st.

1983-1984 - Competed in the American PGA Tour for the first time, and won at both the Kemper Open and Canadian Open.
