1934 - Born on February 11th in New York City. Tina Louise worked as a model, nightclub singer, and stage actress in the 1950s, and had several minor credits on Broadway.

1957 - Cover girl of "Modern Man Magazine" July issue.

1958-1964 - She appeared in the movies, God's Little Acre, The Trap and For Those Who Think Young.

         - After her success in the Broadway musical "Li'l Abner", she went to Hollywood and played in a variety of films, but is best known for her comic turn as the sexy, Marilyn Monroe-ish stranded movie star Ginger in the long-running TV series "Gilligan's Island".

1966 - She was married to San Francisco talk show host Les Crane. Shortly after their divorce, he achieved national fame when his spoken word recording of Max Ehrmann's poem "Desiderata" became a hippie anthem.

1978-1979 - She appeared in the television series Dallas as Julie Grey.

1994 - She was one of the cast of the television series All My Children as Tish Pridmore.

1997 - She starred in the film Welcome to Woop Woop.

2000 - During the first season of the reality show Survivor, CBS asked Louise and other survivors from Gilligan's Island to appear on The Early Show, to promote Survivor by offering their expert opinions (as former castaways) about the game.
