1989 - Richard Krajicek's blazing serve and aggressive net play made an almost immediate impact when he joined the ATP tour at age 18.
1991 - Captured his first pro tour title in Hong Kong.
1992 - Made the season-ending ATP Tour Championships (top eight players in the world) and finished in the Top 10 – the first Dutchman to do so since Tom Okker.
1996 - He won the Wimbledon tennis tournament defeating Sampras in the quarterfinal, while only losing on set throughout the entire tournament.
- Was named the 1st Dutch winner of any Grand Slam title.
1999 - Married to Daphne Deckers on July 7th.
