John Paul Kline
1947 - John Kline, born on the 6th of September in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He is an American politician.
1969 - Received BA in Rice University, Houston, Texas.
1988 - Received M.P.A. at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
2002 - He defeated the Democratic incumbent, Bill Luther, in a rematch of their races.
2004 - He defeated Democratic Burnsville City Councilwoman Teresa Daly to win a second term.
2005 - He introduced legislation to place Ronald Reagan on the $50 bill. While the bill has a dozen Congressional co-sponsors, it has not made any legislative progress.
2006 - He defeated former FBI Special agent and whistleblower Coleen Rowley, one of Time magazine's "Persons of the Year".
2007 - He supported President Bush's plan to increase troop levels in Iraq in January, and against most of the Democrat’s “100-Hour Plan” legislative agenda.
