1962 - Craig Kilborn born on the 24th of August in Kansas City, Missouri, but was raised in Hastings, Minnesota, located 30 minutes from the Twin Cities. Kilborn is an American comedian and former talk show host. He is most notable as the original host of The Daily Show and Tom Snyder's successor on CBS's The Late Late Show.

1993 - After working in several smaller jobs following college, Kilborn hit the big time when he was hired as a SportsCenter anchor by the cable sports network ESPN.

1996 - 1999 - Was hired to host The Daily Show on Comedy Central.

1997 - An interview with Esquire, Kilborn made sexually explicit comments about some of his female coworkers.

1998 - 2004 - Accepted David Letterman's production company World Wide Pants offer to have him to host a new CBS talk show The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn to run after Letterman's new CBS show The Late Show with David Letterman, and to compete with Late Night with Conan O'Brien.

2004 - Made a return appearance to Sports Center on the 8th of August, when he co-hosted Sports Center with Dan Patrick during ESPN's 25th Anniversary Celebration.

2006 - He appeared in three motion pictures: The Shaggy Dog, The Benchwarmers, and Full of It.
