Kardec, Allan

1804 - Born on the 3rd of October in Lyon, France.

1855 -  He became interested in the wildly popular phenomenon of Spirit-Tapping (contacting "spirits of

            the departed").

1857 - He published his first book on Spiritism "The Spirits Book".

1868 - On the month of March, he died in Paris.
