1977 - Born April 23rd, in West Newbury, Massachusetts. An American professional wrestler who wrestles on the RAW brand of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) in which he is the reigning WWE Champion.
2000 - Started training to become a wrestler at Ultimate Pro Wrestling (UPW) and where the character The Prototype was known.
2002 - 2003 - His first televised WWE match in acceptance of Kurt Angle's open challenge. His signature is "you can't see me" by waving his hand in front of his face, horizontally.
2004 - He won the United States Championship from Big Show and claimed his first in WWE.
2005 - He defeated JBL to win the WWE Championship. He became the first wrestler selected in the annual draft lottery.
2006 - He successfully defended his WWE Championship in an Elimination Chamber at the January New Years Revolution. WWE Films produced Cena's first movie — The Marine, which was distributed by 20th Century Fox America.
