1992 - Died on April 19th in Teddington, London, England due to heart failure. His remains were buried in Hollybrook Cemetery, Shirley, Southampton, England.

2002 - His memoir "Funny Peculiar, the True Story of Benny Hill" was published by Mark Lewisohn.
