1941 - She was naturalized as an American citizen.

1949 - Married to Winthrop Gardner.

1956 - Married to Niels Onstad.

1969 - Died from leukemia on October 12th in Paris, France.

1976 - She was inducted in the World Figure Skating Hall of Fame.
