1716 - Peter Harrison, born in York England. He was an Architect.

1730 - 1734 - He worked with the Byrd Mansion in Virginia.

1738 - His works such as Drayton Hall in South Carolina.

1743 - 1745 - Returned to England and received his formal training as an architect under the direction of one of the English Lords who had dedicated themselves to the training of architects through private studio-schools using pattern books, grand tours of Italy and Greece and through applied skills, teaching their students to become expert draftsmen.

1775 - Died in New Haven, Connecticut and is buried in an un-marked grave at the Green.
