1909 - 1912 - She sang at the Metropolitan Opera, New York City, and was one of the first singers to make phonograph records.

1910 - One of the world's most famous female singers at the peak of her career.

1914 - She married Efrem Zimbalist.

1925 - She retired to New Hartford, Connecticut to raise her family.

1938 - Died at the relatively young age of 54, of liver failure on the 27th of October.
