Friedrich I von Hessen-Kassel

1676 - Frederick the 1st was born on the 23rd of April.

         -  He is the son of the great Hessian ruler Karl I von Hessen-Kassel and Marie Amalie Kettler, Princess of Courland.

1700 - He married his first wife on the 31st of May, Luise Dorothee Sophie of Prussia.

1715 - He married his second wife Queen Ulrika Eleonora of Sweden who is the daughter of Charles XI of Sweden. 

1720-1750 - He was the King of Sweden  and the last ruler of Palatinate dynasty.

         -  He became Landgrave of Hesse only in 1730, ten years after becoming King of Sweden.

1751 -  He died on the 25th of March.
