At age four she was performing as "Baby Flo" the wonder whistler on vaudville

She turned to films in her youth and became known simply as the "Boograph Girl"

1915 she tried to help someone in a studio fire and was badly burned and never achieved her former active caree again.

She appeared in 250 films.

She is considered the "first movie star"
