Erdos, Paul
1913 - Born on the 26th of March in Budapest, Hungary. 1934 - He was awarded a doctorate in mathematics. - He moved to Manchester, England to be a guest lecturer. 1938 - He accepted his first American position as a scholarship holder at Princeton University, Princeton, New Jersey, United States. 1952 - He was denied with Hungarian citizenship during the McCarthy communist. 1971 - He took amphetamines. 1973 - He exiled himself voluntarily from Hungary as a principled protest against his country's policy of denying entry to Israelis. 1996 - He died on the 20th of September because of heart attack while attending a conference in Warsaw, Poland.
