1880 - Born on the 10th of November.

1900 - He joined the Art Students League of New York in New York, United States.

1902 - He moved to Europe.

          - He studied in Paris, France at the Académie Julian and the École des Beaux-Arts.

1905 - He settled in London, England.

1907 - He married to Margaret Dunlop.

         - He became a British citizen.

1949 - He was one of 250 sculptors who exhibited in the 3rd Sculpture International held at the

                   Philadelphia Museum of Art, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States.

1954 - He was knighted.

1955 - He married for the second time to Kathleen Garman.

1959 - He died on the 19th of August.
