Was a partner of Goldman Sachs & Co. Lewis Eisenberg has a long history in the financial industry and American politics. Lewis has made important contributions to the American economy as an entrepreneur, as well as through his civic leadership as Chairman of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and various other appointments. Lewis is most notable for his leadership as Chairmen of the Port Authority of NY/NJ during the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center - Twin Towers.
