1850 - Born on the the 12th of June in Barmen, Germany.
1867 - He entered the University on Bonn.
1870 - His studies were interrupted by the Franco-Prussian War.
1873 - He resumed his studies and received a Doctor of Philosophy.
1885 - He published his groundbreaking ("On Memory", later translated to English as Memory. A Contribution
to Experimental Psychology).
1909 - He died because of pneumonia in Breslau at the age of 59.
