Eastman, Max Forrester

1883 - Born on the 4th of January in Canandaigua,Ontario Co.,New York.

1905 - He attended Williams Collage, U.S.A.

1907 - He moved to Columbia University to worked as a Doctor of Philosophy.

1910 - He became involved in political matters, helping to establish the Men's League for Women's

           Suffrage.

1913 - He published Enjoyment of Poetry, an examination of literary metaphor from a psychological

           point of view.

1919 - He founded a publication titled The "Liberator".

1922 - He and his wife Ida Raub divorced.

1923 - He embarked on a fact-finding tour of the Soviet Union.

1930 - He continued writing critiques of contemporary literature.

1941 - He was hired as a roving editor for Reader's Digest magazine.

1964 - He produced a number of autobiographical works, culminating in Love and Revolution.

1969 - He died on the 25th of March in Bridgetown, Barbaros.
