Davenport, John

1597 - Born on the 9th of April in Coventry, Warwickshire, England. He was an American clergyman and colonizer.

He was educated at Oxford University.

1633 - Moved to Amsterdam and was the co-pastor of The English Church.

1638 - He co-founded New Haven colony in present-day Connecticut.

1670 - Died of apoplexy on 15th of March in Boston, Massachusetts.
