US purported game inventor

1889 - Charles Brace Darrow was born on the 10th of August.

1933 - Introduced by neighbors to privately circulated board game "Monopoly".

1934 - Falsely claimed invention of "Monopoly" and attempted to sell game to Parker Brothers.

       - He started having the game printed on cardboard.

1935 - After initial rejection, sold "Monopoly" rights to Parker Brothers.

1967 - Darrow died on 29th of August.
