         - A graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School and attorney and bank executive in Boston before taking public office.

         - He was the person to serve in the newly created position of National Security Advisor during the Eisenhower Administration.

         - Robert Cutler was also referenced by Cpl Phillip Corso in his book "The Day After Roswell", a book in which he claims that he helped disseminate technology harvested from the Roswell UFO crash.

1974 -Robert Culter died.
