Charles Lutwidge Dodgson

1852 - He was nominated to a studentship and he remained at Oxford for the rest of his life.
1861 - Carroll never proceeded higher than his ordination as a deacon.

1872 - Through the Looking Glass.
1876 - The Hunting of the Snark.
1879 - Euclid and His Modern Rivals.
1855-1881 - He did, however, lecture in mathematics at Christ Church.
1889 - Sylvie and Bruno.
1893 - Sylvie and Bruno Concluded.
1898 - Died in Guildford, Surrey England on the 14th of January.
