1947 - Born on July 18th. American football coach.

1971-1972 - Campo began his career at his alma mater, Central Connecticut State.

1973-1983 - He then moved to the University of Albany, Bridgeport, the University of Pittsburgh, Washington State, Boise State, Oregon State, Weber State and Iowa State.

         - Campo twice earned All-East honors at shortstop at Central Connecticut State.

1987 - He helped the Hurricanes to a two-year record of 23-1 and the National Championship.

1989 - Campo was hired by Dallas after spending two years at the University of Miami as the secondary coach.

1992-1993 - During his tenure in Dallas, he helped the team win consecutive Super Bowl championships.

1994 - His squad led the NFL in pass defense and tied for fourth in the NFL with 22 interceptions.

1995 - Became the defensive coordinator on January 24th.

2000 - Campo spent the previous 14 seasons with the Dallas Cowboys, including 11 seasons as an assistant and the last three as head coach.

2001 - Campo’s first two seasons as head coach, the Cowboys defense finished third in the NFL in passing defense and the team finished fourth in total defense.

2005 - Campo was named assistant head coach/secondary for the Jaguars on February 17th.
