Bustamante y Sirven, Antonio Sanchez de
1865 - Born on April 13th in Havana, Cuba. Cuban lawyer, educator, politician, and international jurist.
1919 - He was a delegate during the Paris Peace Conference.

1928 - Drew up the Bustamante Code dealing with international private law. Adopted by the sixth Pan-American Congress.
