1930 - Born in Buffalo, New York, on the 4th of January.

Earned Emmy nomination for his appearance in the TV series, Dr. Kildare in "What's God to Julius?"

1966 - Starred in Mission: Impossible from the first season.

1979-1985 - Appeared in television series "The Dukes of Hazzard" as Jefferson Davis "Boss" Hogg.

1994 - Died of colorectal cancer on 11th of February in Sherman Oaks, California at age 64.

Booke had two children Alexandra and Nicholas, and he also has a brother named Fred.
