Berkeley served in WWII as a field artillery lieutenant.

1920 - Dance director for Broadway musical ‘A Connecticut Yankee'.

1933 - Choreographed musicals back-to-back for Warner Brothers: "42nd Street", "Footlight Parade" and "Gold

Diggers of 1933".

1943 - Removed as director of Girl Crazy because of disagreements with Garland.

1962 - Berkeley's final film as choreographer was MGM's "Billy Rose's Jumbo".

1976 - Berkeley died on 14th of March in Palm Springs, California.
