Bell, Charles H.
1960 - Born on the 7th of November in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
1975 - Began his career at McDonald's, working at the Kingsford restaurant in Sydney.
1979 - At the age of 19, he became the youngest Store Manager in Australian McDonald's history.
1989 - Board of the Australian subsidiary.
1993 - Became the Managing Director.
2002 - He served as president of the American-based fast-food chain McDonald's.
2004 - McDonald's Chief Executive Officer and was the first non-American to hold the position.
- Diagnosed with colon cancer and had his surgery on 7th of May.
2005 - Charles Hamilton Bell died on 17th of January because of colon cancer.
- He was made an Officer of the Order of Australia in June.
