1917 - Served as a judge on the St. Louis Court of Appeals.

1928 - He was re-elected for another 12 year term.

1941 - Becker was the Republican Party nominee for Mayor of St. Louis.

         - Pushed for the expansion of Lambert Field & the development of a second airport.

1943 - Died on the 1st of August in St. Louis, Missouri of August due to Plane accident.
