1922 - The Declaration of Independence.

1932 - He is best known for The Heavenly City of the Eighteenth-Century Philosophers, four lectures on The Enlightenment delivered at Yale University.

1935 - Everyman His Own Historian.

1945 - Died on 10th April in Ithaca, New York, USA.
