Ballinger, Richard Achilles

1858 - Born on the 9th of July in Boonesboro, Iowa.

1884 - He graduated from Williams College.

1886 - Ballinger passed the bar exam.

1904-1906 - He served as mayor of Seattle.

1907-1909 - Ballinger was commissioner of the General Land Office.

1909-1911 - He served as Secretary of the Interior.

1911 - He resigned in March.

1922 - Ballinger died on 6th of June in Seattle, Washington.
