1871 - Born on the 24th of July in Turin in the Piedmont region of Italy.
1891 - Decided to study painting at local academies and exhibited several of his early works.
1895 - Balla met and married Elisa Marcucci.
1899 - His work was shown at the Venice Biennale.
1910 - He began designing and painting Futurist furniture and also created Futurist "antineutral" clothing.
1912 - His new style in painting is demonstrated in the work titled Dynamism of a Dog on a Leash.
1914 - He also began sculpting.
1915 - Created his best-known sculpture called Boccioni's Fist.
1958 - Giacomo Balla died in Rome on 1st of March.
