1931 - He was called to Königsberg to succeed Max Matthes, becoming professor and director of the medical clinic at the University of Königsberg.

- His work concerns roentgen diagnostics, research on tuberculosis, diseases of the joints and various other fields in internal medicine, often bordering on neurology.

1950 - Died in Germany.
