2001 - Established a joint venture company with Vestimenta S.p.A. for the production and distribution of the men's and women's Giorgio Armani top line.
2005 - He was named the "Best Dressed Environmentalist" by the Sustainable Style Foundation.
2006 - Designed the ceremonial Italian flag-bearers' outfits at the Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony in Turin, Italy.
