1918 - Yigal Allon was born in Kfar Tvor on October 10, 1918.

 

1936-1939 - He served under Yizhak Sadeh in the special units of the Haganah.

 

1937 - He graduated from the Kadoorie Agriculturural School and became a member of Kibbutz Ginnosar.

 

1954 - He was elected to the Knesset.

 

1961-1967 - He served as Minister of Labour.

 

1967 - He served as Deputy Prime Minister.

 

1967 - He served as Minister of Immigrant Absorption.

 

1969 - He served as interim Prime Minister of Israel on February 26, 1969 to March 17, 1969 and served as Minister of Education and Culture.

 

1973 - He was one of the founding members of Kibbutz Ginnosar on the Sea of Galilee.

 

1974-1977 - He served as Minister of Foreign Affairs.

 

1980 - He died on February 29, 1980.
